We’re looking for a hands‑on Marketing Coordinator to help bring our marketing campaigns to life in restaurants.
Reporting to the Local Store Marketing Lead, this entry‑level role is all about execution
— coordinating marketing materials, supporting in‑store activations, working with suppliers, and ensuring brand standards are visible where customers experience them.
What you’ll do:
Campaign & Promotion Execution
- Support the Local Store Marketing (LSM) Lead in the execution of national and local marketing campaigns across restaurants.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating campaign rollout plans, checklists, and timelines.
- Ensure all promotional materials are prepared, distributed, and implemented ahead of campaign launch dates.
- Verify that campaigns are correctly activated in‑store and escalate any execution gaps promptly.
Marketing Collateral & Brand Standards
- Coordinate the ordering, delivery, installation, removal, and replacement of marketing collateral.
- Ensure all POS materials, signage, displays, and promotional assets are implemented in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Conduct in‑store compliance checks (physical or photographic) to confirm accurate execution.
- Report, track, and assist in resolving any non‑compliance or execution issues.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination
- Liaise with approved suppliers, printers, installers, and activation partners to facilitate marketing-related tasks.
- Track orders, deliveries, installations, and removals of marketing materials to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier work, associated costs, and completion statuses.
- Escalate delays, quality concerns, or errors to the LSM Lead as required
Local Activations & Events Support
- Assist with planning and coordinating in‑store activations, local promotions, and events.
- Support logistics including materials preparation, timelines, supplier coordination, and restaurant communication.
- Provide on‑site or remote support during activations when needed.
- Contribute to post‑activation feedback and basic reporting.
Administrative & Coordination Support
- Maintain campaign trackers, supplier logs, and execution checklists to ensure smooth coordination.
- Provide administrative support to the LSM Lead for all campaign and activation‑related tasks.
- Coordinate communication between restaurants, suppliers, and the broader LSM team.
- Ensure all documentation and execution records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing coordination, brand support, or related operational marketing role.
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Is highly organised, reliable, and execution‑focused.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and pride in accurate implementation.
- Communicates clearly, follows through on tasks, and maintains strong accountability.
- Is comfortable working across multiple restaurants, priorities, and deadlines.
- Learns quickly and builds effective working relationships with restaurant teams and suppliers.
